Summervale Slow Food Tastings!

All summer long, we partner with the Intervale Center, who’s mission is to strengthen community food systems. What better way for Slow Food Vermont to participate, than to set up our tasting tent and help eaters to interact with their food!

For 9 weeks, we will be set up between 5 & 8 pm on the lawn at the Intervale Center tasting a wide range of wonderful items this year! We are sure you will walk away from each week’s tasting with a little more knowledge, some thoughtful exposure to great local foods, and a new-found appreciation for how special our tastebuds are!

All tastings are free!
