Half Pint Farm, Vermont Cranberry Company, Adam’s Berry Farm, Hermit’s BOld Wild Edibles and Vermont Whey Fed Pork
Reception from 6:00-6:30pm.
Charcuterie, Cheese, Pickles, Assorted Snacks along with Switchel Rum Punch and Rookies ginger beer.
Dinner at 6:30pm.
Jerusalem artichoke soup, roasted wild mushrooms, pickled radicchio
Chopped kale salad, cardoon, smoked bacon, sheep’s milk blue cheese, cranberry vinaigrette
Ice wine vinegar brined pork loin, bourbon barrel aged maple roasted turnips, crushed fingerling potatoes
Crabapple and fall raspberry galette, honeycomb creme fraiche
