Slow Food VT is very proud to have a table at this event tasting three cheeses.  From our board you’ll see Mara Welton and Chris Howell at the SFVT table and Martha Franklin will be representing NECI at their table.  Fantastic event!  We hope to see you there, details below.


A fundraiser for the Daphne Zepos Teaching Award, a scholarship fund for American cheese professionals to travel, learn and improve their craft.
