July’s Slow Food Supper theme was, “Mezze” Think small plates served to accompany alcoholic beverages as a first course or, if there are several, as a full meal.  We explored the cuisines of Egypt, Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and other countries and had a delicious, convivial night.
